Service Description: O Cadastro de um bem enquanto Sítio Arqueológico ocorre a partir do atendimento aos critérios estipulados na Portaria Iphan nº 316/2019. O reconhecimento de Sítios Arqueológicos ocorre por meio da homologação de seu cadastro no SICG, cabendo ao Centro Nacional de Arqueologia (CNA) do Iphan a responsabilidade de homologar os dados referentes ao patrimônio arqueológico no SICG.
